Recruitment Associate
A challenging role with real development opportunities, participating in training courses to develop your skills and learn more about the recruitment industry, but also working alongside a Senior Consultant or a Manager to learn and participate actively in every stage of our candidates' recruiting process.
6-8 monthsSenior Recruitment Associate
This role represents a new stage in the development process of the Associate, giving them the opportunity to continue collaborating closely with a Senior Consultant, but also ensuring a gradual independence, following the positive results of their individual work. Senior Recruitment Associate is the role in which you continue the recruitment activity, but also learn what Business Development activities involve.
6-8 monthsJunior Recruitment Consultant
A diverse and challenging role that offers countless opportunities for developing interpersonal and sales skills. This role provides a real possibility for personal and professional development.
1-2 yearsRecruitment Consultant
This role involves intense communication with clients and candidates. You will contribute directly to the growth of your division by developing your customer portfolio and attracting talented candidates for the recruitment processes for which you are actively working.
8 months-2 yearsSenior Recruitment Consultant
Senior Consultants are responsible for expanding the business through sales activity and developing existing customer relationships. They can manage a larger number of projects, or recruitment projects with a higher level of difficulty, acquiring extensive experience in the areas of consulting and recruiting.
1-2 yearsRecruitment Executive
This role combines many skills and will help you develop your career as an industry specialist. You have the opportunity for the implementation of your unique ideas to make a significant contribution to the recruitment industry and to the way our clients manage recruiting processes.
8 months-2 yearsTeam Leader (people manager)
This role involves motivating and coordinating a recruitment division, where you will work alongside the team, ensuring the successful completion of individual or team members' recruiting projects.
2-3 yearsBusiness Manager
The Business Manager is responsible for maximizing the performance of the financial results of the division or divisions under their coordination. This role stimulates the development of the organization and key initiatives of the divisions towards financial and growth goals.
