I joined the Hays team in September 2023 as Recruitment Associate in the Life Sciences, HR, Engineering & Manufacturing division and have since developed on a multitude of plans, both from the point of view of recruitment and also of my own life perspective. I managed to get in touch with different roles in the pharmaceutical industry, HR and engineering, which helped me understand the dynamics of recruitment much better. I am glad that I found in Hays a team of professionals and also the piece that I missed to better understand myself and to be able to figure out what I want to continue to do in the future.
