In 2021 I started my story at Hays Romania with my first job as an Associate. At the age of 21, I didn't know what to expect and was starting the first step in my professional career a little nervous. Together with a team where I found constant support, understanding and interest in individual development, I had the opportunity to grow with the company, to discover myself as a professional and now I advanced to the position of Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist. Looking back, the decision to start my career with Hays was the right one. I believe that one of the most important aspects of choosing a job is finding a team and a company where you identify with its culture, principles and values.

3 years later and I still find my role at Hays dynamic, challenging and very fulfilling.
