The recruitment industry was always a challenge in my vision, especially from the agency point of view. In general, I was always a very competitive person, so I joined Hays in 2022, as a Recruitment Associate in the IT Contracting division. A few months in, after I had the opportunity to work with my amazing colleagues, I learned that the recruitment world is more than a simple role, it's a life changing opportunity, both for yourself and for the people you make contact with.

Now, after 2 years I'm working as a 180 Recruitment Consultant in IT Contracting, with an amazing team that helps me grow every day. At Hays, I found an amazing and diverse environment where I learned how to overcome my limits and become one of the best versions of myself.
