I joined Hays in 2019 as Senior Consultant, after a series of interviews that gave me a detailed insight into the culture, principles and values that govern Hays locally and globally. I was impressed by the ambition I saw in people, their passion and determination to deliver excellence to customers and to provide a new definition for what we know as the “candidate experience”. I recognized my own principles and the decision to join was easy.

I had the chance to experience, in a short time, an environment that offers support and respect, in which new ideas are appreciated, professionals are encouraged to reach their full potential through training sessions, personal development programmes, exposure to the know-how of colleagues from countries with longer experience.

During the first year with Hays I was promoted to the position of Team Leader and, subsequently, Team Manager, receiving the opportunity to develop the team of consultants dedicated to permanent recruitment in Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, HR, Accountancy & Finance, Engineering & Manufacturing. In 2022, we also took over the business line dedicated to IT Contracting.
