My journey with Hays began in 2022, during my final year of college, when I was looking to start my career. With a huge passion for marketing and pursuing a degree in the field, Hays offered me the perfect opportunity. Starting in the role of Marketing Associate within the Marketing department, I quickly advanced to Junior Marketing Specialist role, precisely within a year. This was due to a number of factors, including my professional relationship with my manager, who provided me continous support and a clear path for my career development.

My experience at Hays has been and continues to be simply exceptional: from working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, both locally and globally, involvement in challenging projects, the chance to participate in courses that develop my skills, to the dynamic environment full of opportunities. All in all, I am grateful that I chose to start my professional career at Hays and I can feel this through the enthusiasm with which I start every working day.
