I have decided to enter the world of recruitment just over 4 years ago. I started with Hays in 2018 and haven’t looked back. Having begun my career as Junior Recruitment Consultant, I have worked my way into a Team Leader position, managing the Business Services recruitment sector for Hays Romania. Currently I lead the national sales activity for Hays Romania by managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients.
